We are very proud of how smart our pupils look. Below are details of the uniform pupils are required to wear for school.
The uniform for Nursery consists of a light blue polo shirt; a navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan, mid grey school type trousers, shorts, skirts or pinafore dress. There is also the option of navy jogging trousers or of a light blue gingham or striped dress. Outdoor, full shoes (toes covered) must be worn. Uniform is not compulsory for nursery but it is encouraged.
In our experience, we find some of our very young children struggle with a shirt and tie, making getting changed before and after PE lessons rather time consuming! So this year we have introduced the light blue polo shirt for children in Egypt and Spain classes to replace the shirt and tie. All other aspects of the uniform for Reception children are the same Key Stage 1 and 2 (see next paragraph).
The uniform for School consists of a navy blue/grey skirt or pinafore dress, grey trousers or shorts, a light blue shirt or blouse, the school tie and a navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan. There is an option of a blue and white striped or checked gingham summer dress. Sensible school shoes, not trainers, should be worn and no jewellery other than watches and small plain stud earrings for pierced ears should be worn. Make up, nail varnish and extreme haircuts are not allowed. School ties, sweatshirts and cardigans with the school logo can be purchased from school. The uniform for Physical Education (PE) consists of dark blue or navy shorts and a house t-shirt, jogging bottoms and a sweat shirt (or tracksuit) with trainers are also needed for when PE is outdoors. Earrings and watches should be removed for PE and given to a member of staff for safe keeping. Where ears are newly pierced, earrings should be taped over for
PE or covered by a swimming cap for swimming. House t-shirts are available from the school office.
Uniform is ordered via the School Money system; any orders received will be sent home with your child within 5 days if the items in stock, or within 2 weeks if an order needs to be placed.
If you need a reminder of your password for the School Money website, please contact the school office. Once logged on you will be able to add items of uniform to your basket. If you have any problems using the system, please let the office team know who will be happy to help you.
