At Carr Green Primary, a school dedicated to nurturing every pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development, our Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) play a vital role in bringing our community together. The PTA at Carr Green is a vibrant, welcoming group committed to supporting our school’s vision of developing well-rounded, resilient learners through engaging and meaningful activities. By embodying our values:

Fundraising for Our School

Our PTA work tirelessly throughout the year to organise a variety of fun, engaging events that bring pupils, parents, and the wider community together, while raising vital funds to enhance educational experiences. Past and ongoing events include:

  • Halloween Disco
  • Christmas Card Project
  • Spring Disco
  • Summer Fair Extravaganza

The funds raised have made a tangible difference by providing:

  • New reading books to support personalised learning
  • Outdoor play equipment to encourage active, experiential learning
  • Gardening tools to enrich our outdoor environment and curriculum
  • IT equipment to enhance digital skills and access

Currently, the PTA is focused on raising funds to upgrade and enhance our outdoor play equipment, reinforcing our commitment to hands-on learning and wellbeing.
