Inclement Weather and School Closures
At Carr Green, we are committed to keeping our school open whenever it is safe and possible to do so. However, we understand that winter weather can sometimes present challenges that may impact our operations.
In the event of potential school closures before the start of the school day, we will communicate this through multiple channels:

Should exceptional circumstances require us to close during the school day, we will similarly communicate via these platforms. We kindly ask that you ensure we have your current contact details to guarantee you receive these important updates.
We also want to emphasise the importance of pupil safety during winter weather. Please ensure your children are appropriately dressed for the conditions, including:
- Warm coats
- Hats and gloves
- Wellies or winter boots
